Providing Aimera with regular reads will ensure you only pay for the water and waste services you have received.

Just as you would not want to pay an estimated amount on your phone bill, Aimera believe your water and waste account should not be guess work therefore we will read your meter every 6 months.

Direct Debit customers

If you pay on a flexible Direct Debit your regular meter read will ensure your bill is correct.

If you pay on a fixed Direct Debit regular meter reads will prevent any unforeseen surprises such as overpayment or under recovery.
